Our surrogates set their own fee schedule. Listed below is an average of what most women request. All fees will be mutually agreed upon between both parties and set prior to signing the surrogacy agreement.
- Surrogate Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 (higher for experienced surrogates)
- Per Cycle Fee: $500 - $1,500
- Invasive Procedure Fee (per procedure) including transfer: $1,000 – $3,500
- Abortion/Selective Reduction Fee: $1,500 - $3,500
- Genetic Screening Test (CVS, Amnio): $500 - $2,500
- Miscarriage Fee: $1,500 - $3,500
- Multiples Fee (per additional fetus): $5,000 - $8,500
- Maternity Clothing Allowance: $500 – $1,500
- C-Section Fee: $3,000 - $5,000
- Loss of Reproductive Organs: $5,000 - $8,000
- Monthly Allowance: $100 - $300
Additional expenses covered include, but are not limited to, all travel expenses, childcare, lost wages (including support person), uncovered medical costs, and legal costs.
Other surrogacy costs will include, but are not limited to, IVF clinic fees, donor fees, psychological screening costs, medications, travel costs, attorney fees for gestational carrier agreement and parentage. A more detailed estimate, breaking down the costs will be provided to Intended Parents interested in our program. The entire process can range from $95,000 - $150,000 from start to finish. There are many factors that determine the costs, including the choice of clinic, donors and the number of cycles needed to achieve pregnancy.
